Working Out At Home

If you are like me, the gym is not my friend. However, I know that I need to move and stretch and (yuck) exercise! I have no desire to spend a lot of money on equipment. In fact, being true to my shoestring nature, I want to spend as little as possible.

I think this e-book is for us. Yep, there are suggestions in Working Out At Home for exercises that might just get us both off the couch and moving a bit.

Working Out At Home will get you thinking about many types of exercises and their benefits – such as:

  • Exercises that do not require equipment
  • Exercises that can be done with teenagers
  • Exercises that can fill-in if you are a regular gym attendee and are unable to get there for many reasons
  • Exercises you can do in your hotel room while traveling
  • and many more

Now, I need to tell you: none of these will work unless you actually DO them!!! If this e-book sits on your digital shelf and gathers digital dust, it won’t do you a bit of good.

Also, although there are several exercises talked about, I consider this e-book just a starting place for YOUR plan of action. Yes, you will get detailed information about many exercises, including some equipment suggestions. But it is up to you to take what you learn here and make them your own. Every exercise is not for every body. DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU!!! I’m sure there is at least 2 exercises that you can find here that will get you going.

Check it out! The cost is minimal, and it is an investment in you.
