Working Out At Home

If you are like me, the gym is not my friend. However, I know that I need to move and stretch and (yuck) exercise! I have no desire to spend a lot of money on equipment. In fact, being true to my shoestring nature, I want to spend as little as possible.

I think this e-book is for us. Yep, there are suggestions in Working Out At Home for exercises that might just get us both off the couch and moving a bit.

Every exercise is not for every body. DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU!!! I’m sure there is at least 2 exercises that you can find here that will get you going.
